TTN16 Tapered Tip 16 Gauge Grey (x50)

An extensive range of dispense tips for use with syringe barrels, bottles, valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer lock helix secure attachment for twist-on leak free dispensing. Smooth flow tapered tips are recommended for dispensing most pastes, glues, liquids, silicones and gels.

TTN16 is a polyethylene 16 gauge Grey colour tapered tip with an ID size of 0.048" (1.222mm). 1.25" overall length. Smooth flow of all liquid types including epoxies, greases, sealants, silicones and particle filled materials such as solder pastes and braze pastes. Safety locking double helix hub. UV light block additive for UV sensitive adhesives. High density polyethylene. Also available in white colour. Prices are for packs of 50. These products are shipped direct from stock.

This tip features a smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed using lower pressures. Works with all syringe barrels, cartridges (when using TSD931-7 adapter) and with all metering valves.

Dispensing tips are designed to work with standard syringes and fittings and are fully suitable on most low, medium and high viscosity fluids, adhesives, inks, pastes, gels and lubricants. Common applications include beads of silicone and sealant, dots of solder paste, potting products using epoxy resins, hanna inks and gels as well as many other processes.
