TS5322S-RTV Piston Valve Dispensing System for Silicones

Mini-spool piston valve for applying repeat dots, controlled beads or potting of RTVs, silicones and sealants. The piston shuts off against the flow after each deposit to create a snuff-back action. Complete with digital controller unit and 310ml pressurised cartridge feed system.

Designed to dispense medium to viscous materials fed from syringes, cartridges or pumps.  The TS5322 provides repeat deposits of sealants, silicones, RTV, grease and pastes.  TS5322 valves are approximately 4.0" (101.6mm) long and 1.38" (35mm) wide.  They weigh approx. 0.31 lbs (141g).  The minimum operating air pressure required is 70 psi.  Flow rates (water) are approx. 2700cc/ml gallons per minute @ 100psi (maximum free flow area is measured without dispense tip adapter, which creates reduced output area).  The minimum shot size for the valve is approximately 0.002 cc/ml and these valves will cycle up to speeds of 700 deposits per minute.  The viscosity range of fluid is recommended at between 5000 - 1 Million CPS.  The maximum fluid pressure is 500psi. The repeatability is ± 0.2%.

The TS250 is a valve controller that can run at up to 600 cycles per minute, it has an LCD display, memory storage, 0.02 to 60 second timer, +/- 0.001% repeat tolerance, universal voltage, I/O connector. The display is a clear LCD and shows time settings in both PSI and BAR.

This system is supplied complete with an assortment of syringe barrels, pistons, adapter hose assemblies and a tip kit assortment containing 145 different tips.

Dispensing system is designed to handle silicones and sealants up to 1M CPS viscosity. For watery liquids, please use an alternative system such as diaphragm valves.
