TS5000D-SP Auger Valve Dispensing System for Solder Paste

Motor driven dispense valve for applying repeat dots, controlled beads or potting of solder paste and other high viscosity pastes. Uses disposable material path (DMP) to eliminate the need for cleanup and maintenance. Complete with digital controller unit.

Rotary valves use a rotary feed screw (auger) to dispense fluid with a positive displacement action, allowing for ultra-precise control of the dispensing process. The unique design ensures that material is constantly present at the feed screw inlet, while the controlled rotation of the feed screw moves the material from the feed to the discharge point. Discrete control of the forward and reverse rotations of the feed screw controls the amount of material discharged.

The TS500R is a valve controller that can run at up to 900 cycles per minute, it has an LCD display, memory storage, 0.008 to 60 second timer, +/- 0.001% repeat tolerance, low pressure alarm feature, universal voltage, I/O connector. The display is a clear 20 x 4 segment LCD and shows time and pressure settings in both PSI and BAR. Up to 10 individual program settings can be stored.

This system is supplied complete with an assortment of syringe barrels, pistons, adapter hose assemblies and a tip kit assortment containing 145 different tips.
