TS3WP-MD Medium Interference - For medium to thick materials

Cartridges and plungers are manufactured to the very highest possible quality delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to packaging, cartridges are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections.

Similar in application uses as the TS1P model, this medium density plunger prevents "flipping" during insertion into empty cartridges, due to its equally sized front and rear wiping edges. Natural in colour and made of medium density polyethylene (MDPE). For use with 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz and 12oz sized cartridges. For use with most materials, adhesives, liquids, pastes and gels. Prices are for sealed packs of 10. All cartridge and plunger plastic components are silicone free and are available from stock.

Cartridges are moulded in high density plastics and have much thicker walls than a standard silicone caulking tube. The internal bore has no taper and this ensures the plunger moves consistently down without restriction. All cartridges use a 1/4" NPT internal thread for leak free nozzle attachment. Plungers push out any liquid placed inside the cartridge.
