TS1WP High Interference Plunger - For thin materials

Cartridges and plungers are manufactured to the very highest possible quality delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to packaging, cartridges are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections.

A tighter fitting plunger that prevents even the thinnest materials from leaking out of the cartridge. Also suited for thick  when a complete air tight seal is required. Natural in color and made of low density polyethylene (LDPE). For use with cartridges sized 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz and 12oz.  Provides tight wiper action for most materials, adhesives, liquids, pastes and gels.  Pricing is for sealed packs of 10. Larger quantities are supplied in bulk packs. All cartridge and plunger components are silicone free and are available from stock.

Cartridges are moulded in high density plastics and have much thicker walls than a standard silicone caulking tube. The internal bore has no taper and this ensures the plunger moves consistently down without restriction. All cartridges use a 1/4" NPT internal thread for leak free nozzle attachment. Plungers push out any liquid placed inside the cartridge.
