TS1PB Medium Interference Plunger - For medium to thick materials

Cartridges and plungers are manufactured to the very highest possible quality delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to packaging, cartridges are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections.

A general purpose plunger that is easy to install and provides a double wiping edge. High visibility when inside cartridge. Black to support dispensing of UV materials. Made of low density polyethylene (LDPE). For use with 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz and 12oz sized cartridges. Provides wiper action inside cartridge walls for use with most materials, adhesives, liquids, pastes and gels.  Pricing is for sealed packs of 10. All cartridge and plunger plastic components are silicone free and are available direct from stock.

Cartridges are moulded in high density plastics and have much thicker walls than a standard silicone caulking tube. The internal bore has no taper and this ensures the plunger moves consistently down without restriction. All cartridges use a 1/4" NPT internal thread for leak free nozzle attachment. Plungers push out any liquid placed inside the cartridge.
