TS1258 Pressure Pot 5 litre

TS1258 reservoir tank for all low to medium viscosity fluids. Can accept 250gm and 500gm bottles of cyanoacrylate, anaerobic and UV cure or fluid can be poured directly into chamber using a liner. Four threaded knobs secure the lid which is easily removed for cleaning.  Includes an air port to pressurise the tank, and a pressure relief valve with quick release. Comes with top ported male luer lock outlet connector and dip tube for use with standard fluid lines, 1/4" OD fluid connectors, fluid lines and feed tubing.  Complete with 0-100 psi (6.9 BAR) adjustable air regulator, tank lid o-ring, clear and black fluid lines.  Black aluminium. 9.3" diameter x 15.1" high. Inner chamber 6.1" diameter x 11" high. 9.5 kg weight.  For use with all flowable materials that require 100 psi or less to dispense. Includes use with dispensing solder masks, solvents, inks, primers, activators, cyanoacrylates, thread locks. 3/8" OD tubing available for higher flow rates.

Operation

Open the reservoir and place inside a 250 gram or 500 gram bottle of cyanoacrylate, anaerobic, UV or other adhesive. Alternatively, pour on the fluid directly into the chamber using a tank liner.  Place the tank lid back on and position the dip tube inside the adhesive bottle or below the fluid level.  If using 1/4" supplied fittings and tubing, the tube is pushed down and secured to the bottom level of the tank chamber.  Screw back the threaded knobs.

Use a TS918-46L liquid manifold to use up to 4 dispensing valves simultaneously from the same pressure pot. If purchased with the TS1201 pen, includes clear and black fluid lines, spare pinch tubes and needle tip assortment.  Please note, we hold most items in stock but please allow 2-3 days for delivery or phone us for specific stock levels.  This tank is certified safe for use to 100 psi.
