TS1215 Pressure Pot 0.5 litre

TS1215 reservoir tank for all low to medium viscosity fluids. Can accept 250gm and 500gm bottles of cyanoacrylate, anaerobic and UV cure or fluid can be poured directly into chamber. Four threaded knobs secure the lid which is easily removed for cleaning.  Includes an air port to pressurise the tank, and a pressure relief valve with quick release. Comes with top ported male luer lock outlet connector and dip tube for use with standard fluid lines.  Complete with 0-60 psi (0-4 BAR) adjustable air regulator, tank lid o-ring, clear and black fluid lines.  Black aluminium. 4.5" diameter x 7" high. Inner chamber 4" diameter x 6" high. 2.5 kg weight.  For use with all flowable materials that require 60 psi or less to dispense. Includes dispensing solder masks, solvents, inks, primers, activators, superglue, thread locks.  Lead time on this product is around 48 hours from order.

Operation

Open the reservoir and place inside a 250 gram or 500 gram bottle of cyanoacrylate, anaerobic, UV or other adhesive. Alternatively, pour on the fluid directly into the chamber.  Place the tank lid back on and position the dip tube inside the adhesive bottle or below the fluid level.  Screw back the threaded knobs. Attach a fluid line to the luer lock adapter on the tank lid. The other end will connect to any of our metering valves.

Use a TS918-46L liquid manifold to use up to 4 dispensing valves simultaneously from the same pressure pot. If purchased with the TS1201 pen, includes clear and black fluid lines, spare pinch tubes and needle tip assortment.
