General purpose precision dispensing tips Offering the widest range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer lock secure attachment for leak free dispensing.

The TE needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride free.  Designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives and safe for use to 100 psi.  These tips are also available with 45 or 90 degree bend which are suitable for applying fluids inside the bore of products or under components. Tips are usually despatched within 24 hours. All needle tips are safe to use up to 100 psi air pressure. They are supplied in standard packs of 50 or in bulk packs of 1000 tips.
