High performance tapered tips in gauge sizes of 14 to 27. Suitable for dispensing many fluids including solder pastes, fluxes, gels, epoxies, grease, compounds, particle filled materials, adhesives, silicones, sealants and RTV's. Double helix locking luer thread provides safe attachment to all syringes and valves. Tapered tips improve application of higher viscosity fluids and particle filled pastes as the smooth flow taper design allows for lower air pressures to be used. Tapered tips are industrial safe to 100 psi and are silicone free materials. Tapered tips are made from polyethylene with a UV block additive. Tips are safe and hygienic, eliminating risk of splitting or breaking while being used. All items ship from stock.
New rigid tapered tips are recommended for use on automated applications as the plastic will not bend. Made from higher density polypropylene in opaque colours to provide UV protection.
