Our precision components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing from syringe barrels. These pistons wipe the inner walls of the syringe barrel to ensure liquids are dispensed with mess or material waste. Use with 3cc size 700 series syringe barrels with a pneumatic dispenser.
3cc red straight walled piston 7030006RPK part no. now 910-SWR. Red high density polyethylene safe up to 100 psi. Silicone free. Straight walled non wiper type which is ideal for viscous and stringy fluids such as contact adhesives and high viscosity mastics. Supplied in a sealed pack of 50.

Pistons are made of plastic and this version has no blades so that it does not stick in the barrel. Pistons also act as barreiers to stop liquids from going past them as they dispense. Once a syringe has liquid inside, insert the piston and push down on one side. This will allow air to escape and ensures the piston sits directly on the fluid without an air gap. When bottom filling using a barrel filler, the piston is pushed down and moves up as the liquid is fed into the syringe barrel.
