A syringe filling system from 12oz (360ml) cartridges to any size syringe barrel. Material is transferred under pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe tip end. This eliminates air entrapment and provides for a simple filling station. System includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod, adjustable 5 micron filter regulator, 12oz cartridge with plunger, threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe barrels, wiper pistons and cap seals. Ideal for use with sealants, silicones, RTVs, mastics, grease, pastes and other liquids. Also available in larger size cartridges for bigger volume syringe filling. Use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time.
