400 Series Pistons

Rubber and plastic pistons for 400 series syringe barrels are cost effective components available in sizes from 1cc to 60cc. Use with air powered dispensers or the rubber pistons work with plunger rods to provide a full manual syringe assembly. Our manual hand syringes are also available pre-assembled in sealed packs.

Rubbersyringe pistons for use with manual syringe assemblies and air powered dispensers. Pistons attacs to the plastic plunger rod for hand application. Robust rubber suitable for use with most adhesives and fluids. Dual wiper blades fit with the 400 series syringe barrels. Supplied in a sealed pack of pistons. Also available as a complete manual assembly including plunger rod and syringe barrel. Lightly coated medical grade silicone lubricant for easier insertion into the syringe barrel.

Dual blades prevent fluid drips and allows slight reverse action after dispensing to release pressure on fluids. Available in neoprene rubber or polyethylene plastic. All supplied in sealed packs.
