Adhesive dispensing bench robots

Bench top XYZ robots provide total control over adhesive placement, from controlled beads, lines, arcs and circles to repeat timed dots and potting products. Programming is simple via the teach pendant. Even complex patterns can be created quickly. Storage is to internal memory allowing for up to 255 different programs to be created or unlimited with option windows software. High speeds are achieved reducing time spent hand applying adhesives and other fluids. Accuracy of placement and volume of fluid ensures absolute zero waste, no mess and a guaranteed nil error rate. Mini Robot 200 x 200mm x 50mm Work Area
		J2204 Robot 200mm x 200mm (7.87" x 7.87") The smallest of the range but offering fast indexing speeds and high accuracy. 4 axis version. Programming is via the LCD teach pendant or optional Windows based PC software. Supplied with syringe dispensing system and controller. Optional valves available to suit direct feed from pressure pots or cartridges.

Small Robot 300 x 320mm x 100mm Work Area
		J2304 Robot 300mm x 320mm (11.81" x 12.60") A popular model offering larger work area and higher height penetration. 4 axis version. All J Series robots can store up to 255 different programs on built-in flash memory as standard. A cost effective mid size robot solution for repeat dots, lines, arcs and circles.

Mid Size Robot 400 x 400mm x 150mm Work Area
		J2404 Robot 400mm x 400mm (15.75" x 15.75") This model offers one open side for easy product access of large work pieces. 4 axis version. A deeper gantry height of 150mm (5.9"). Mounting cages with light guards are available for all robot models if required. Multiple I/O connectors allow for a number of devices to be operated from the one robot.
